Autumn Begins


 
I love this time of year. The weather starts to cool down and yet there is still the summer harvests to be reaped. We grow peaches and have an abundance of them to make jams, cobblers, pies, salsa and recently I've experimented with breads. 

Cobblers and pies usually have the same ingredients when it comes to the spice; I use cinnamon, all spice, ground cloves, and nutmeg. For the bread used used the same recipe for my banana nut bread but replaced the bananas with mashed peaches.
